Peanut Butter Cup Sundaes

No picture yet but I'll try to get one next time we have this. It is such a easy yummy treat. I saw it on a Rachel Ray show. The original recipe doesn't call for the peanut butter cups but after having it once I came up with the ideas to top it with the peanut butter cups and it is delicious.

Peanut Butter Cup Sundaes

1 cup chunky peanut butter (I don't really like chunky peanut butter but i've tried this recipe both ways and for this recipe it really is better)

1 cup hot fudge sauce

2 pints vanilla ice cream

4 wafer cookies or pirouline cookies

4 regular sized Reese's Peanut Butter Cups chopped into chunks

Place peanut butter in a small pan and melt gently over low heat. Remove lid to hot fudge sauce and place in microwave to heat through. Scoop vanilla ice cream into small dessert bowls or glasses and top with even amounts of peanut butter then fudge sauce. garnish sundaes with peanut butter cup chunks,and wafer or pirouline cookies.
