I had a bunch of over ripe bananas & found this recipe on Picky Palate. It was a nice change from traditional banana bread and the peanut butter cups were a nice addition, not so much that you couldn't taste the rest of the bread. I also liked that the bread tasted like peanut butter. I tried adding 1/2 a cup of peanut butter chips in one of the loaves and it was very tasty. If you want the peanut butter chips in all 3 increase them to 1 1/2 cups. We like bread like this cold right from the fridge.
